I’m not in the US, so I wasn’t totally sure how smoothly Association of Certified Fraud Examiners would work, but it was fine. The pages loaded quickly, payment went through without any hassle, and I was able to get to my materials without any strange location blocks. The time zone details were clear enough too, which I appreciated. To be fair, I didn’t run into any complicated issues, so I can’t speak for every situation, but for what I needed, it worked exactly as expected.

I’ve used ACFE.com a bit, mostly looking for training stuff and membership info. it wasn’t hard to find what I needed. The site is straightforward. A few pages though... kind of crowded with links. Took me a second to figure out where to click sometimes. But nothing too frustrating. It loaded fine for me, and overall it did what I needed.

The payment went through without any trouble, which was nice, but when I looked at the invoice I had to slow down and read it a couple of times because some of the details weren’t as clear as I expected and I ended up double-checking a few things before I felt totally sure everything was right.

I did end up meeting some good contacts through the site, which I appreciate. That said, the overall experience felt clunky and frustrating at times. For what I paid, I’d expect it to run more smoothly, and I think some kind of credit or compensation would be fair considering the hassle

I’m sure this just wasn’t the right exam prep for what I needed. Some of the practice questions felt a bit off compared to what I was expecting, and a few of the explanations were kind of too brief to be that helpful. For the price, I thought there would be a clearer study path or more guidance.

I don’t really get the complaints about finding stuff here. There are lots of useful courses, and it was easy for me to pick what I wanted without overthinking it.

I haven’t had any issues with my ACFE account so far. Logging in feels secure, the password reset was easy to follow, and I like that my info doesn’t feel like it’s just... everywhere. The privacy settings are simple enough to figure out, and I haven’t run into any weird surprises or anything

The member resources are actually good. I wasn’t expecting much, because usually these things are just tossed together and called “helpful,” but there’s useful information here if you take the time to look around.

I found the cert really useful overall, but it’s definitely on the pricey side. Worth it if you need it, but I do wish it cost a bit less.
